Officer Addair reports that there are 472 calls in area for the month of February. After report we found out that Narcan administered by the BCPD. Is not paid for by the people who OD or that need it. It is paid for by the Baltimore County Police Department budget.

12 crashes at Merritt Boulevard and Westfield Road since June 1st 2017. We also reported to the Department of traffic and engineering that a traffic study should be done here. As well as the light at Holabird Ave. And Searles Rd.
David Rader reports that he has gone to Towson to voice his opinion to support the Fort Howard Historical Landmark nomination.
He also has stepped aside from his presidency. He asked if a volunteer would step up in his place, but no one offered. He will stay chairman until a replacement steps up or depending on the primary.
It was said that Dunlea, and Holabird East apartments are not owned by Scarfield anymore. That Time group owns them.

There’s a parking issue on Westfield Road People are blocking the alley and we need to figure out this issue.
